It’s an exciting time as we’ve just released our ‘Acoustic Sessions’ album on streaming platforms! To go with it, we’re giving away a 44-page songbook of lyrics, lead sheets and chord charts of all the songs on the album for you to download for free.
‘Acoustic Sessions’ is a collection of songs that we have recorded recently. Some of the tracks have already been on YouTube although we are releasing some new versions, remastered by Luke Fellingham at Lunasound. ‘The Stone is Rolled Away’, for example, has had the addition of a fantastic bass track and handclaps from our son Matt, and I absolutely love this!
We’ll also be very soon releasing some videos that will be brand new to YouTube: ‘Just as I am (Jesus, Lamb of God)’, an acoustic version of ‘Grace is not earned’ and a slightly different version of ‘Come to the Cross’, also remastered.
I shared on Facebook recently that this project has been a huge learning curve, and essentially it’s humble and homemade. But we have loved the journey so far and we are so pleased for it to be out there in the world.
